Individual & Relational Therapy

I am a psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples, and families in Franklin, TN. I offer in person and virtual sessions to residents of Tennessee. I believe that therapy is an essential part of personal growth, mental health management, reaching client goals, and healing trauma. I try my best to create an affirming and relaxed environment for everyone who enters through the doors of my office.

Who I Work With

I work with women of all ages, processing whatever they bring to the therapy room: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, trauma, etc.  A particular clinical specialty of mine is working with clients who are diagnosed with or suspect they may have Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), a cyclical hormone-based mood disorder that I have myself.

Women

Couples

I love working with those in relationships! As a clinician, my goal is to help couples navigate their relationship so that they are able to resolve interpersonal conflicts and create healthy communication and intimacy. Relational interests: marital and pre-marital therapy, and non-traditional relationships such as polyamory and ethical non-monogamy.

Teens

I enjoy working with pre-teens and teens (ages 12 and up). Teen issues I have experience working with include: self esteem, school issues, peer relationships, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence (Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD), LGBTQ+, gender issues, grief, self-harm, coping skills, family issues etc.

LGBTQ+ Community

I offer affirming, queer-informed therapy for individuals and couples in the LGBTQ+ community, working with issues such as: gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, sexual issues, social issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm, stress, family and relationship issues, and more.
